My work sits between Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Privacy and Compliance, where an approved position has to become a real decision, control or workflow.
01 · Translate
I turn complex product, delivery and governance requirements into implementation plans, decision points, ownership and escalation routes that teams can actually use.
02 · Implement
The work continues past the document. I help connect the requirement to technical and operational controls, accountable workflows and the delivery structure required to make the change hold.
03 · Prove
A policy matters when a system can apply it. A governance decision matters when it changes what users, applications and agents are permitted to do. Evidence matters when it can reconstruct the decision without relying on memory.

That thesis currently takes three forms: delivery leadership in regulated lending, building Colloxa and publishing practitioner research through The Control Plane.
