Why I am building governance infrastructure.

07

Most AI governance still lives in documents, committees and retrospective reviews. Colloxa is being built for the point where a real interaction needs a decision: allow it, alter it, block it, route it for review and preserve evidence of what happened.

The product follows the work.

Delivery in regulated environments repeatedly exposes the same failure: an approved requirement has no dependable route into system behaviour. Product teams interpret it, engineering implements part of it, operations develop workarounds and evidence is assembled later.

Colloxa is the product expression of my work on that gap. It is designed to connect organisational policy, runtime control and evidence without moving the governance problem into another static dashboard.
