Building Colloxa

Pilot by invitation

Colloxa is AI governance infrastructure being built for regulated enterprises: a control-and-evidence layer designed to evaluate AI interactions, apply organisational policy, route exceptions and preserve decision records.

My role spans product strategy, governance design, delivery, enterprise-pilot definition and the operating model that connects policy decisions to technical implementation.
