Internal QA platform using AI to evaluate call transcripts. Sales and QA teams upload transcripts, receive model-generated scores, adjust evaluations manually, and generate performance reports with role-based access for admins, team leads, and agents.

Replaced a fully manual, inconsistent review process. Gave team leads consistent scoring criteria and reduced QA evaluation time across agents.
